Tevazirus collects only what you choose to send through an inquiry, Field Note, or external purchase path. Nothing from a form is published automatically.
What moves where
What you send, and where it goes.
Each path carries different information. Here is the plain-language boundary for each one.
General inquiry
The inquiry can include your name, email, organization, reason for reaching out, message, and optional project context. Netlify stores the submitted form so Tevazirus can read it. It is not a confidential or emergency channel.
Field Note
A Field Note includes a private email, the note itself, optional byline, broad location, optional photograph, and your consent choices. Every note begins private. Publication permission is optional and separate; photo rights are required only when a photograph is attached.
Purchases and custom previews
Species purchases leave this site for Square checkout. Payment-card details are handled by Square, not stored in this static site. Custom-preview requests currently leave for the Tevazirus Facebook page. Those services apply their own privacy practices.
Browsing
The site uses no custom advertising tracker or analytics script. The host may process ordinary request logs. Site-owned images, styles, scripts, and fonts are served from the same site rather than requested from an advertising network.
Your choices
Private means private unless you say otherwise.
- Ask what is held.Email with enough context to locate the relevant inquiry or Field Note.
- Request correction or removal.Email to correct or delete a private inquiry or Field Note record, or to remove public material under Tevazirus control. No automatic deletion schedule is configured.
- Keep a Field Note private.Leave optional publication permission unchecked.
- Raise a wildlife-safety concern.Use direct email for exact-location, vulnerable-species, or urgent removal concerns.
